That ...wow, that is a double whammy for you today. That sucks about the half marathon, that race would have been perfect for your plans it seemed like. But as long as you have a half marathon anytime before September you will probably be fine. <br /><br />And I might be in the same boat as you with my left knee, it is giving me problems right now, I think I overdid it recently on my 2 long runs by running too fast on them before my body was ready.
